ON 19 October 2019, Comrade Jaydev Hembrom, a committed activist of the party in Deoli, Dhanbad district, drowned in a tragic accident when he suffered an epilectic attack during a swim.
Comrade Jaydev was from a poor, struggling adivasi family. He helped establish the party in Deoli, and helped lead many people’s movements there.
