CPI(ML) strongly condemns the ongoing campaign of violence in Delhi being spearheaded by  BJP-RSS thugs and openly facilitated by the Delhi Police. Several lives have already been lost, dozens of people have been injured and homes, shops and livelihoods have been damaged and destroyed. We demand immediate arrest of BJP leader Kapil Mishra for instigating and orchestrating this pogrom and effective measures to punish the guilty and restore peace. We appeal to all peace-loving people across the country to raise their voice against this state-sponsored BJP-led communal violence in the capital. We stand with the peaceful protests against the divisive and discriminatory #CAA_NRC_NPR project and the growing assault on our Constitution and Citizenship. The protests have continued defying brutal state repression and fascist violence and the BJP's attempt to demonise the protests and polarise the voters on communal lines were emphatically rebuffed in the recent Assembly elections in Delhi. The rattled Modi-Shah regime is now trying to drown the peaceful power of the protests in blood. We must foil this design by all means. More power to the protests against CAA-NRC-NPR. More power to our collective resolve  endeavour for peace, harmony and justice.
